Die Vorstellung irgendwo nach Italien zu fahren um von einer echten italienischen Mama nach allen Regeln der Kunst bekocht zu werden ist sehr, sehr verlockend. Mir ist das vor Jahren mal in Sardinien passiert, in einem Agriturismo (Bauernhof mit Zimmer) wo ich die besten Teigtaschen mit Sugo gegessen habe, war schlicht und einfach fantastisch (und mit EUR 6,- sehr billig)...
